Tempura king prawns with chargrilled sourdough and mango salsa
Field mushroom stuffed with a plum tomato and shallot compote with a basil hollandaise
Creamy curried mussels with rice fingers
Almond and saffron soup with a Ford Farm coastal cheddar crouton
Free range turkey, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings
Fillets of gilthead bream with candied orange, crab crushed potatoes, green beans and a prawn velouté
Glazed salmon fillet with Asian salad and a sesame and lemongrass dressing
Rack of lamb with a wholegrain herb crust, smokey champ mash, oven roasted vegetables and a rosemary jus
Butternut squash, sweet potato and blue cheese frittata with roasted fennel puree and chargrilled vegetables
