The cottage dates from the 16th century and has been fully renovated to offer the best of old and new, keeping many of the original features while adding the modern conveniences you expect.

Perfect Location

Burton Bradstock is a wonderful base to explore the Dorset countryside and coastline. Located within walking distance of the seaside, the South West Coastal Path and the Jurassic Coast, there are many wonderful places to visit, walks to be done, things to do and see. The cottage is in a perfect location to explore the local area. Start with the nearby vibrant market town of Bridport.

If your feeling more like a rest, then enjoy the beach at all times of year, or just curl up in front of the fire with a good book.

Country Cottage near the Sea

The cottage offers a lounge with inglenook fire place, a gas wood burner, flat screen TV with freeview, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, espresso coffee machine.

Upstairs, the accommodation offers a double master bedroom with flat screen TV, along with a second single bedroom. A large bathroom with shower is also located upstairs.

Outside you will find a beautiful garden and small patio perfect for those summer days and sultry nights.

We can arrange for you to have a table at the Hive Beach Café to have the Hive’s famous breakfast sandwich, only yards from the sea it only takes around nine minutes to walk there. In addition we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on any food eaten at The Hive.

Self Catering in Dorset

Or if you prefer to go self catering, there is a shop in the village and superstores nearby in Bridport or Weymouth Bridport also has a street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
