In the kitchen we have a young team, Tim, Barry and Gibby creating all sorts of interesting dishes, they try to keep it simple and healthy using only the best ingredients (local as possible). They change the menu daily depending on the supply of fish. They are extremely enthusiastic and you can watch as they work from the other side of the fish counter.
