By booking with us you agree to the following reservation terms and conditions:
For any cancellations or amendments, we require sufficient notice. For tables of 1-4 this is 24 hours, for 5+ people it is 48 hours. We only hold tables for 15 minutes, so we ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your booking, or to contact us if you are running late. Each group reservation is only valid for a maximum of 2 hours from the time you have booked for.
We require debit/credit card details to secure your reservation with us, any unconfirmed reservations cannot be held on the system. All details are held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault, for more information, please visit https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.
Please do let us know in the booking notes of your reservation if any members in your party have any special or dietary requirements. Whilst we always strive to cater for all customers appropriately, we cannot guarantee booking notes regarding specific seating in the restaurant area.
Due to previous experiences £25 per head will be charged if the cancellation terms previously mentioned are not met. We also reserve the right to charge the appropriate amount for any loss or breakages caused.
We will contact you via email or SMS a day or two prior to your arrival to further confirm your booking.
