Red Pepper & Apricot Relish with Black Garlic


Black Garlic is a unique artisan ingredient, special in its own way like Alba Truffles and Beluga Caviar.  Its flavours are dep, almost caramelised, with a strong umami kick.

A sweet fruity relish with little bursts of roasted coriander seeds.  Perfect for white meats, soft cheeses or used as an accompaniment to Indian and Moroccan dishes.
