Ingredients

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp mixed dried herbs

100g sea salt
Method

Add the paprika, mixed herbs and sea salt to a pestle and mortar.

Grind together until evenly combined and lightly aromatic.

Transfer to a small airtight jar.
Keep the blend close to the cooker and use it to season fish, roasted vegetables, meats or sauces whenever a dish needs an extra layer of flavour.
