Yes, we welcome dogs in both our indoor and outdoor seating areas. We provide water bowls on site (just ask any staff member for one at your table). We also offer a selection of hand-baked dog treats available for purchase from our farm shop.

Yes, there are indoor tables at our cafe.

Dogs are allowed on Hive Beach except during summer. From May 1st to September 30th, dogs are not permitted on the main beach in front of our cafe (assistance dogs excepted). However, you can still walk your dog on Burton Beach. Between March 31st and July 31st, please keep your dog on a lead to protect ground-nesting birds raising their young. Outside of these restricted periods, dogs can be off-leash on Hive Beach.

Voucher extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@hivebeachcafe.co.uk or contact our cafe directly to discuss extending your voucher.

We can replace electronic vouchers, but unfortunately, we can not replace physical vouchers. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yes, our cafe is wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet on site.

We’re closed on Christmas Day but open as usual from Boxing Day onwards. Please note we will be closed from 12th–16th January for a short winter break.
