Yes, we’re open throughout winter including New Year’s Day from 10am until 3 or 4pm (depending on the day of the week). We’re closed for a few days between the 12th January and re-opening on the 17th January with normal hours for maintenance.

Yes, we welcome dogs in both our indoor and outdoor seating areas. We provide water bowls on site (just ask any staff member for one at your table). We also offer a selection of hand-baked dog treats available for purchase from our farm shop.

Yes, there are indoor tables at our café.

Dogs are allowed on Hive Beach except during summer. From May 1st to September 30th, dogs are not permitted on the main beach in front of our cafe (assistance dogs excepted). However, you can still walk your dog on Burton Beach. Between March 31st and July 31st, please keep your dog on a lead to protect ground-nesting birds raising their young. Outside of these restricted periods, dogs can be off-leash on Hive Beach.

Voucher extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@hivebeachcafe.co.uk or contact our cafe directly to discuss extending your voucher.

We can replace electronic vouchers, but unfortunately, we can not replace physical vouchers. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yes, our café is wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet on site.

We currently do not take bookings for guests during breakfast. Simply turn up to the cafe and wait to be seated.
