This is a full-time position with hourly / salary according to experience.

Pizza Chef
The Watch House café , West Bay, are looking for an experienced Pizza Chefs who are passionate about creating high-quality guest dining experiences.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while ensuring all food safety standards are consistently met in a fast-paced hospitality environment where quality, creativity, and consistency matter.
Full time | From £13.50 per hour
Shift Manager
The Shift Manager will support and deputise for the FOH Manager in their absence, helping to lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure efficient FOH operations at all times.
Full time | £40,000 per year
FOH Manager
As a FOH Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Hive Beach Cafe Front of House, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and team coordination. You will maintain high standards in food service, staff support, and customer satisfaction.

Front of House

Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be based at The Club House in beautiful West Bexington, on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in the hospitality industry and develop your skills in our award-winning restaurant.

General Garden & Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our café/restaurant team at the Club House West Bexington for 16 hours per week, for general site set up and light maintenance assistant.
