Creme de Cassis

Creme de Cassis is a sweet, dark liqueur made from blackcurrants, and is often used in cocktails or enjoyed on its own. Unlike dry liqueurs, creme de cassis is heavily sweetened and has a thick, velvety texture that coats the palate. Serve neat or on the rocks, works perfectly in cocktails such as a Kir Royale. Drizzle over desserts.
