Handcrafted in Somerset, this fruity aperitif or dessert spirit is produced from sugar beet neutral spirit made by a master distiller. It is then redistilled using our secret ingredients and infused with pineapple and grapefruit, which give it a smooth, juicy base. This delicate, two-step distillation process is what sets us apart in the world of gin production, and contributes to a smoother, high-quality, sweeter base spirit. This liqueurs sugar content makes it soft on the palate, while the citrus notes leave a bright, lingering tang rather than a heavy sweetness.
