Refund & Return Policy

At Hive Beach Café, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.


1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable food and drink items unless they are damaged or faulty.


2. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused and with original packaging where applicable.


3. Refunds and Replacements

  • If a product is damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, we will offer a full refund or replacement (including standard return postage costs).

  • If you simply change your mind, return costs are your responsibility. Items must reach us within the 14-day window to qualify.

  • All refunds are processed within 10 days of their receipt back to us.

4. Inspection of Returned Goods

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • If items are not returned in their original condition, or damage has occurred after delivery, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund instead of a full refund.

6. Delivery Information

  • All orders are dispatched via a third-party courier.

  • Please retain proof of posting and tracking details when returning items, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
