We are proud to present our unique Salty Fingers Gin, an interesting balance of bright citrus, savoury edge, and classic gin botanicals. Handcrafted in Somerset, it is expertly made from sugar beet neutral spirit produced by a master distiller, before it is redistilled with our secret ingredients and infused with Italy's finest lemons for a vibrant and aromatic feel and salty fingers - a sea vegetable with a natural, salty taste which brings a slightly mineral, coastal edge to the nose. We recommend serving with soda or tonic, or in a gin margarita twist, martini with a lemon salt rim, or savoury Gin and Tonic with a rosemary or thyme garnish.
